We are seeking a proactive and organized Program Manager for a 6-month contract to provide critical support for our Robotics Trusted Tester Program (TTP). You will help us scale our engagement with external partners who are testing our most advanced robotics models. This is a support role, ideal for someone who excels at coordination and execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

The Role

The Google DeepMind Robotics team is at the forefront of building the next generation of robotic systems powered by cutting-edge AI. As a Program Manager supporting the Robotics Trusted Tester Program (TTP), you will play a crucial part in the successful scaling of one of our most important external-facing initiatives. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the program, from onboarding new testers to collecting valuable feedback for our research and engineering teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI research and real-world application, contributing to a program that is scaling from a handful of partners to over 100 companies and academic institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Trusted Tester Program (TTP) onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.
• Serve as a key point of contact for trusted testers, coordinating with cross-functional partners in Developer Relations, Engineering, and Partnerships to address their needs.
• Help schedule and prepare for partner meetings and workshops, and assist in collecting and summarizing critical model feedback through surveys and other methods.
• Track technical issues and feature requests from testers in our internal issue tracking system (Taskflow) to ensure they are addressed by the technical team.
• Support product launches, such as the Gemini Robotics-ER 1.5 Preview on AI Studio, by helping to track the creation of developer documentation and coordinating with commercialization teams.
• Assist in coordinating with internal and external partners on data acquisition and data labeling efforts to support the broader robotics team.

About You

In order to set you up for success as a Program Manager at Google DeepMind, we look for the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a program or project management role in a technology-focused environment.
• Experience working with external partners or customers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. Highly detail oriented.

In addition, the following would be an advantage:

• Experience working on a developer relations or early-access/beta testing program.
• A passion for AI, robotics, or other emerging technologies.
• Experience with issue tracking software (like Jira or Taskflow) and project management tools.

 

The US base salary range for this position is between $147,000 USD - $216,000 USD . Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
