Program Manager Pricing Strategy and Analytics

Your Work Matters
As Program Manager Pricing Strategy & Analytics, you’ll help shape how millions of customers see value and how our business grows profitably. You’ll build and manage pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, contractor loyalty, and margin performance across 250+ stores. Your insights will turn into real decisions—guiding senior leaders and directly impacting revenue, profitability, and long-term growth.

Your Day Consists Of

  • Building and improving enterprise pricing strategies that strengthen margins, keep us competitive, and support local market needs
  • Creating and managing pricing KPIs and dashboards—tracking elasticity, competitor pricing, customer segment performance, and overall margin health
  • Developing scalable pricing tools for product lines, discount programs, and clearance or discontinued inventory
  • Leading large pricing analyses and test-and-learn initiatives, measuring impact and preparing clear reports for leadership
  • Working closely with Merchandising, Finance, PRO/Commercial, Supply Chain, IT, and Store Operations to ensure pricing decisions are accurate and aligned with business goals
  • Presenting pricing insights and recommendations to senior leaders, turning complex data into clear next steps

You’ll Be Successful With

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, strategy, or analytics—ideally in retail or other fast-paced, customer-focused environments
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets; SQL, BI tools, or pricing systems are a plus
  • Experience building pricing frameworks, KPIs, and test-and-learn approaches
  • Knowledge of product line pricing, discount strategies, and clearance optimization
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and confidently present to senior leadership
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset—you’re organized, comfortable with complexity, and motivated by turning data into action

Work Environment / Physical Expectations
• Primarily a desk-based role with extended periods of sitting; occasional walking, standing, or light lifting (up to 20 lbs) may be required.

• Work is usually in a quiet to moderate office environment, with occasional time spent in active warehouse areas around moving equipment.
