Position Overview
We are currently looking for a resolute Project Manager to support our team with a variety of tasks encompassing project management, information organization, and research. This role is integral to maintaining our digital infrastructure and ensuring smooth collaboration across our organization.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual seeking experience in operational management, project coordination, and digital infrastructure maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the evaluation and optimization of existing operational processes with the aim to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency

  • Project Management and Administrative Support: Aid in planning and executing operational projects. This involves coordinating tasks, tracking progress, conducting workshops, hosting off-sites, planning events, and providing support

  • Process Documentation: Assist with documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for various operational tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency

  • File Management: Organize and manage project files for easy access and retrieval

  • Digital Platform Management: Assist in the creation and updating of digital platforms for efficient data management

  • Content Creation and Updating: Update and create content across organizational resources to ensure accurate, timely information


Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient in using digital platforms: Confluence, SharePoint, MSFT tools

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy

  • Familiarity with Purchase order entry and management

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to work independently

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $62,000 and $111,320. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
