This position is part of Novanta’s Advanced Surgery business unit. Specialized in the field of Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS), WOM develops devices and accessories to allow doctors to perform surgery with small incisions only. We develop and manufacture Insufflators, Medical Pumps, and tubing solutions to simplify diagnosis and treatments. Our Insufflators and Pumps dilate cavities to allow surgeons access to relevant organs or joints, essentially turning previously complicated open surgeries into minimally invasive procedures with less patient risk and shorter recovery times.
