We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Program Manager – SEO Exec Governance reporting to Executive Manager – SEO, Executive Governance.
A bit about your role
The Program Manager role defines and executes initiatives that ensure alignment between delivery teams and governance structures, accurate forecasting, and continuous improvement of portfolio processes. Key responsibilities include managing initiatives involving Capex governance frameworks, facilitating decision-making forums, modelling and forecasting resource and financial data, and collaborating with Finance and delivery teams for timely reporting.
Additionally, the role enables SEO by providing strategic analysis, improving governance practices, coaching teams on tools, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings expertise in program and project support and governance, with experience managing complex enablement projects across all phases and collaborating with stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation.
They should be skilled in organisational, workforce and financial data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint), able to provide executive-ready insights, and confident in facilitating and communicating at senior leadership forums. Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to nbn policies and safety standards are essential.
