Location: Mount Kisco, NY / Hybrid. Travel within Westchester County and New York State is required, with availability needed for nights and weekends.
The Program Manager oversees day-to-day municipal engagement at Sustainable Westchester, focusing on local government participation in Climate Smart Communities and Clean Energy Communities. This role coordinates with cross-functional teams (customer support, sales, marketing, outreach, and operations), and serves as a key liaison to municipal leaders, community stakeholders, partner organizations, and media professionals. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to community empowerment, climate action, and operational excellence. This position requires flexibility for evening and occasional weekend meetings and events and reports to the Program Director.
