Role Title: Program Manager Maritime Sustainment Division
Role Description:
The Program Manager is accountable for the ongoing management of all work within the 4 Maritime Sustainment Division Integrated Work Packages. They are responsible for ensuring the delivery of IWP tasks, reporting, scheduling and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily management of all tasks within the program
• Ensure existing contracts and tasks are delivered within client expectations
• Track program progress an deliver revenue and margin as sold
• Reporting of the program to both the client and Amentum including the identification and management of associated risks
• Management of work breakdown and the allocation of tasks to consultants
• Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager and Human Resources to resolve any performance and personnel issues
• Coordinating and delivering formal program reports for performance tracking and invoicing
Skills and Experience:
• Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in contract or program management within the Defence maritime environment
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisation
• Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in change management and performance evaluation processes
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Contract or Project Management
