Bring your energy to Aggreko as Program Manager, Major Projects based in the Philadelphia area. You’ll Serve as the PMO for the Major Projects organization, owning project governance, execution standards, and performance transparency.

What you’ll do as Program Manager:
- Define, maintain, and enforce standard project management methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting requirements.
- Lead the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Provide program-level oversight across schedule, cost, scope, risk, and change management.
- Own and report on program financial performance, including margin protection, cost control, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Oversee resource planning and capacity management across the Major Projects portfolio.
You Are:
- 8–12 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
- Prior experience managing Project Managers and Project Coordinators required.
- Demonstrated experience operating within or leading a PMO function strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop Project Managers and Coordinators
- Expertise in: Project lifecycle and portfolio management PMO governance and performance frameworks Schedule, cost, and change control Risk identification and mitigation
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
