The Program Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of complex programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
* Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive program plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Monitor program progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Communicate program status, updates, and key decisions to all relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and performance expectations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management process and methodology.
* Ensure compliance with Jabil's quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
* Conduct post-program reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify best practices and areas for future improvement.
