The Program Manager is responsible for managing a collection of projects at the program level while simultaneously leading cross-functional teams in the planning, direction and execution of projects to drive efficiency and enhance overall performance to plan. This person will ensure clear communication with stakeholders in manufacturing, quality, engineering, product development, process technologies, and regulatory to ensure value stream performance to support Process Technologies, Sustaining, and NPI projects in Tissue Technologies.

EDUCATION
EXPERIENCE
· 7+ years of experience in functional area and/or project/program management is required
· Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs.
· Experience with medical products preferred.
· Experienced with ISO, FDA, and MDR quality systems regulations and medical design and development cycles.
· Must possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated organizational and communication skills. Must possess strong leadership skills with team-focused attitude and approach.
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience required.
Salary Pay Range:
$94,300.00 - $129,950.00 USD SalaryOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
