We’re hiring a Program Manager, GTM Enablement to build and scale global programs that improve the productivity and effectiveness of our GTM teams.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution; the individual will take high-priority GTM initiatives, and thanks to masterful cross functional alignment, turn them into efficient, field-ready programs that optimize teams’ understanding of:
- A) what actually matters?
- B) what is changing? And
- C) how to effectively execute?
From launches and playbooks to learning pathways and AI-enabled workflows, you’ll design and collaborate on virtual, hybrid, and in-person Enablement experiences that elevate the field.
You’ll thrive in this role if you know how to bring structure to ambiguity, build trust across functions via precise verbal AND written communication, and turn complex ideas into practical action. To boot, compelling candidates will maintain acute awareness on how to defensibly measure the efficacy of their programs.
