The Program Manager for Beacon is responsible for defining, designing, deploying, and governing the Global Operating Model for Contractual Field Delivery under the Beacon framework. This role ensures operational consistency, scalability, and compliance across all markets while driving collaboration between global teams, regional stakeholders, and cross functional teams. The Program Manager is a lead change management, standardization of practices, and ensure seamless execution
Key Responsibilities
Define
Collaborate with Managed Service Delivery and Professional Services teams to define the global operating model for contractual field delivery.
Translate business objectives into a standardized global framework.
Identify key success metrics, governance principles, and compliance requirements.
Ensure alignment with F&C strategy, customer experience goals, and operational priorities.
Design
Partner with Global Field Process, Tools, and Supplier Management teams to design scalable and efficient processes.
Develop standardized workflows, templates, and governance models for contractual field delivery.
Ensure integration of supplier management practices and tools to support global consistency.
Validate design through stakeholder feedback and pilot programs before full-scale deployment.
Deploy
Collaborate with regional markets to adapt and deploy the Beacon field delivery operating model.
Own and lead change management strategy to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
Develop and execute readiness plans, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor deployment progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with global standards.
Govern
Work with the PMO team to establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs.
Track compliance with global operating model standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide executive-level reporting and insights to leadership on program health and outcomes.
Key Deliverables
Global Operating Model documentation and governance framework.
Deployment roadmap and change management plan.
Market readiness and adoption metrics.
Monthly and quarterly performance dashboards.
Continuous improvement recommendations based on data and feedback.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field delivery (Master’s preferred).
10+ years in program management, global operations, or field delivery roles.
Proven experience in designing and deploying global operating models.
Strong program management and governance expertise (PMP or equivalent preferred).
Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.
Expertise in change management and organizational transformation.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in contractual services delivery or managed services.
Familiarity with global field operations and supplier management.
Proficiency in tools like MS Project, and service delivery platforms.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
