ABOUT THE TEAM

The Maneuver Dominance team at Anduril develops operationally relevant, multi-asset autonomy. We are focused on making large groups of autonomous systems work effectively together. We leverage existing Anduril drone platforms like Ghost or Altius, in addition to bringing 3rd party platforms into Anduril’s Lattice ecosystem.

We are seeking diverse skill sets—including Business Operations, Program Management, Project Management, Technical Program Management, Program Analyst—to join our rapidly growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will solve challenges in application development, systems programming, networking, and autonomy, ensuring Anduril products seamlessly integrate to achieve critical mission outcomes. If you have a "Whatever It Takes" mindset—executing expediently, scalably, and pragmatically while making sound engineering decisions—this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Use your quantitative and qualitative skill set to lead strategic initiatives and projects as directed by the General Manager of the Division, ensuring they align with the division’s goals and priorities.
  • Develop artifacts, presentations, and recurring reporting for key monthly program, C-Suite, and investment meetings.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and drive change management efforts.
  • Facilitate the decision-making process by analyzing data, coordinating information flow, and ensuring communication clarity.
  • Project manage across many stakeholders. If you don’t like being the person leading meetings with large groups of people or managing large Slack channels to wrangle stakeholders towards a solution, this may not be the role for you.
  • Coordinate and prepare for executive leadership meetings, including setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in aerospace, robotics, business operations, investment banking, or similar.
  • You get energy from being a thought partner for others and it excites you to spend time translating operational problems into data problems, and to then going and executing on them
  • .Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of being self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don’t wait on others to solve problems, you proactively step into the gap to propose solutions yourself.
  • You lean into acknowledging your weaknesses and take the idea of feedback and growth seriously.

  • A desire to work on critical software that has a real-world impact.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a UAE security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience leading, managing, and executing urgent, complex technical programs/products, from ideation and early-stage design to technology development, system integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Significant customer-facing experience leading high profile and high stakes programs, including strong interpersonal skills and executive gravitas.
  • Demonstrated engineering management capability; proven technical and personnel leadership qualities.
  • Experience working on mission critical Defense systems at a fast pace.
  • Experience building and managing cross-functional teams focused around a common vision.

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
