Responsibilities:

Support and execution of project introduction activities into production areas.

Coordination with all relevant functions to ensure that project launch requirements are met.

Alignment of project activities with LC site requirements and customer expectations.

Full responsibility for coordinating, documenting the project lifecycle. Coordinate all communication, validation, approvals, and documentation steps comply with customer and internal standards.

Coordination of customer requests and internal changes affecting running business. Ensuring smooth integration of modifications into existing production processes.

Managing and coordinating APQP activities related to changes and new project elements, including required documentation and software tools.

Supporting internal teams with customer-specific documentation and requirements. Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and fully compliant.

Coordination between LC and Partner Production Kecskemét and other LC locations, support of transfer projects between sites.

Participation in customer, internal, and third‑party audits. Preparation and provision of change- and project-related documentation.

Qualifications:

Education BSc/MSc degree in a relevant field (quality is advantage)

Negotiation-level English skills are essential; proficiency in German is an advantage.

2 years minimum project management experience in a manufacturing environment

Excellent coordination skills for project alignment.

Strong understanding of the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process.

Experience collaborating with automotive customers and vendors.

Ability to track progress, request information, and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers.
