Program Manager
What you will do:
- Lead and Manage: Take charge of complex client-driven programs, overseeing them from initiation to implementation.
- Accountability: Be accountable for delivering large programs on time and within budget, ensuring they meet the client’s requirements.
- Client Communication: Assume primary responsibility for client communication from a program delivery perspective.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently plan and allocate resources across multiple teams.
- Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to program and project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management practices.
- Documentation: Maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/risk logs.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and control performance across all program aspects.
- Quality Solutions: Provide support to Fiserv’s delivery stream and customers, actively contributing to defining business requirements and delivering high-quality solutions.
What you will need to have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven success in delivering large complex client driven programs within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a client facing Program Management position.
- Strong knowledge of the software development cycle
- Competence at chairing and facilitating program status review meetings with both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment across geographical boundaries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Confident in Presentation Preparation: Skilled at creating compelling presentations, proposing effective solutions, and driving informed decisions.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Licenses & Certifications - Certified Project Manager
- Card Payments business knowledge advantageous
