Role Overview
The Program Manager for Federal System Integrator (FSI) Specialization will lead the coordination and execution of all activities required to support HP’s engagement with Federal System Integrator partners. This role is responsible for driving program strategy, ensuring compliance, managing cross-functional interlocks, and delivering operational excellence across federal sales, partner agreements, and international business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Coordination
Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the FSI Specialization program, including contractual frameworks, compliance, and partner enablement.
Coordinate interlocks across Global Trade, Contracts, Legal, Ethics & Compliance (ECO), Programs, Operations, Sales, and Sales Compensation teams.
Finalize solutions for specialization, reseller-to-reseller (R2R) transactions, managed print services (MPS, MDS, MCS), and international requirements.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure all FSI partner activities and deal setups are compliant with HP policies, SOX, and audit requirements.
Oversee the clean-up of legacy contracts and deals to meet new compliance standards.
Manage exceptions and triage global deals for compliance risks.
Operational Excellence
Set up and manage the Program Management Office (PMO) for FSI specialization.
Define and operationalize new processes for partner onboarding, deal setup, and ongoing management.
Support the operationalization of international deals, including export and local procurement requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for FSI partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Facilitate education and change management (MOC) for new partner agreements and internal purchasing processes.
Align with audit, legal, and compliance teams to validate contractual frameworks and partner enablement.
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain business management systems for data analytics, business control, and query.
Extract and analyze deal information to support program decisions and reporting requirements.
International Coordination
Work with the International Partner Business Program (IPB) team to address FSI international requirements, including export, warranty, and service enablement.
Coordinate with subject matter experts in global trade, tax, and compliance to resolve international business challenges.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience in program management, preferably within federal sales, government contracting, or large-scale partner programs.
Strong business acumen and understanding of federal sales cycles, compliance, and audit requirements.
Experience in operational PMO, process improvement, and cross-functional team leadership.
Familiarity with federal system integrator business models, contractual frameworks, and international trade requirements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HP Partner Agreements, DDQ, and Qualified Distribution Network (QDN) requirements.
Knowledge of managed print services (MPS, MDS, MCS), reseller-to-reseller transactions, and international partner programs.
Analytical skills for business reporting, data extraction, and compliance monitoring.
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
Impact & Metrics
Successful implementation and ongoing management of the FSI Specialization program.
Compliance with audit, SOX, and HP policies across all FSI partner activities.
Operational efficiency in deal setup, partner onboarding, and international business enablement.
Revenue growth and partner satisfaction as measured by program KPIs.
This role is critical to HP’s strategy for expanding engagement with Federal System Integrators, ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions for federal business growth.
Salary:
The pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
