Position Overview
The Program Manager, Facilities will manage facilities department programming on a day-to-day basis while providing operational support to the completion of projects and administrative responsibilities.
This focused worker will use their clear and concise communication skills to lead programs, department tasks, and general project problem solving. They will use their keen attention-to-detail skills to build & implement procedures, data spreadsheets, schedules, as well as plan training and events. This role calls for regular troubleshooting for a variety of departmental and company-based programs, including the AB & BC based Occupational Health and Safety Committees and the company-wide Isolated Worker Program.

Compensation
A competitive compensation package will be provided including an attractive base salary which is based upon qualifications, experience, and skill set, as well as an annual incentive program. Further details will be discussed in a personal interview.
