What you'll be doing

The Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Experience team is responsible for planning, procuring, and maintaining CIBC’s global real estate portfolio while creating inspiring, innovative, and efficient work environments for colleagues across the organization. As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, leading teams of stakeholders and business partners to deliver results that meet the team’s budget and timeline. You’ll apply your project management expertise to guide initiatives from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement. By building strong relationships and leveraging proven methodologies, you’ll help shape project plans that support CIBC’s strategic objectives.

How you'll succeed

  • Project management – Define project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Develop resource plans that give all stakeholders a voice in the process. Assess the effectiveness of team practices and procedures, offering guidance to drive ongoing improvements across projects.

  • Teamwork – Collaborate with internal partners to support informed decision-making around programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams to achieve shared goals, negotiating deliverables and milestones as needed.

  • Project coordination – Proactively identify potential risks or issues that could impact project timelines and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track. Monitor milestones to ensure they are completed within set budgets and timeframes. Execute project plans tailored to your team’s unique balance of quality, time, and cost.
