What this job involves:

JLL is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Enterprise AI Programs to join our Central AI team, the enterprise center of excellence for artificial intelligence. This role will drive the successful delivery of high-impact AI initiatives across multiple business units, enabling JLL’s transformation through responsible and innovative AI adoption.

The ideal candidate possesses strong program management expertise combined with a strategic understanding of AI technology, risk, and enterprise operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, execute, and deliver AI programs that accelerate business value while upholding JLL’s governance and compliance standards.

This pivotal role bridges strategy and execution — ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact across the organization.

Reporting Structure: Reports to Central AI Program Manager
Key Partnerships: Business Unit Leaders, Data & AI Engineering, Product Management, Legal & Compliance, Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, Vendor Management, and Executive Leadership

What your day-to-day will look like:

Enterprise AI Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end program management for assigned initiatives — from planning and roadmap development to execution and post-launch optimization.
  • Develop project plans to manage multi-project portfolios with clear timelines, deliverables, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Manage to a standardized program management framework and reporting dashboard to track progress, risks, and ROI.
  • Implement a structured intake and prioritization process for new initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Drive consistent program documentation, product governance oversight, and communication to ensure transparency and accountability.

 Governance and Risk Integration

  • Integrate risk management and compliance principles throughout the program lifecycle to ensure responsible AI development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with governance and risk teams to align delivery practices with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Support vendor evaluation and integration of third-party AI tools, ensuring they meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.
  • Establish engagement model and reporting framework to insure on-time delivery of AI Audit findings remediation.

Coordinate across legal, security, architecture, and the central AI team to compile client questionnaires and request for proposal responses.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within technology or enterprise transformation environments.
  • Proven success delivering multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies, including their application in enterprise contexts.
  • Experience working in global teams and large enterprises.
  • Experience in risk management, compliance, or technology governance, integrated into program delivery.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to both detail and strategic vision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing AI or advanced technology programs in a global enterprise.
  • Familiarity with real estate, professional services, or data-driven industries.
  • Certification in AI governance, responsible AI, or related disciplines.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for executive audiences.
