Salary Range: $143913 - $197200 Per Year

Job Summary: You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Critical Misson Enablers (CME), for Robotics and Autonomous Systems (PAE RAS) of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS.

Major Duties:

  • You will responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of the Robotics Autonomous Systems (RAS) C2 ecosystem, which includes development, acquisition, testing, delivery, and ongoing support.
  • You will lead the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the RAS C2 programs including the submission and coordination of Budget Estimate Submission (BES) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) documents.
  • You will develop complex program plans, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), task statements, basis of estimates, resource requirements, and decision matrices for the C2 program in coordination with stakeholders.
  • You will exercise independent judgment, applies exceptional executive managerial skills and a broad background of knowledge in program/project management
  • You will forecast and manage workload Personnel management encompasses organizational structure and resource loading.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (or GS-13 equivalency), in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector provides strategic oversight of all program activities to ensure the seamless execution of naval mission capabilities throughout the entire acquisition and delivery lifecycle.
