Major Duties:

  • You will develop, implement, and enforce enterprise-wide policy and guidance ensuring the full interoperability, standardization, and effectiveness of the CNRMC Operations Center and all subordinate RMC Operations Centers.
  • You will provide guidance, coaching, and direction to employees and program teams to resolve highly complex, systemic problems impacting Surface Ship Availabilities, Fleet Technical Assistance, and global Casualty Report (CASREP) management.
  • You will manage the critical interface between operational execution and strategic functional departments.
  • You will establish the framework and deliver periodic, high-impact current readiness reports to CNRMC Senior Leadership, providing the necessary intelligence for strategic resource allocation and risk mitigation decisions.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-02 (GS-11) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing, organizing, conducting, administering and managing projects and programs to manage resources, gain cooperation, and coordinate work for maintenance and repair of Naval vessels.
