About This Job

Axos Bank is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic business banking initiatives across multiple programs, including—but not limited to—treasury management and program implementation. This role is intentionally broad and will manage a portfolio of high-impact initiatives spanning deposits, payments, digital capabilities, onboarding, risk enablement, and operating model improvements.

While the role will work across several business banking priorities, a strong background in treasury management is essential, as the Program Manager will play a central role in implementing and scaling the treasury management program within the Business Banking unit.

The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline with hands-on knowledge of treasury products, banking operations, and cross-functional delivery, and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of business banking and treasury management programs, from ideation through launch and post-implementation optimization
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and executive-level reporting
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting regulatory, compliance and risk requirements
  • Lead implementation and enhancement of treasury management products for the Business Banking group including ACH, Wires, RDC, Bill Pay, Fraud Controls, and Entitlements
  • Partner with Product and Operations to define business requirements, workflows, SLAs, and success metrics
  • Coordinate vendor implementations and integrations (payments processors, core banking, digital platforms, fraud tools)
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and scale treasury onboarding, servicing, and operational processes
  • Develop playbooks, SOPs, and repeatable frameworks to support future program launches
  • Track KPIs such as adoption, activation, revenue contribution, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or implementation within banking or fintech
  • Minimum of 2 years of treasury management implementation or onboarding experience
  • Demonstrated experience with treasury management products and services in a business banking environment
  • Strong understanding of payments, cash management, entitlements, and fraud controls
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional, multi-workstream programs
  • Experience working with banking cores, payment processors, and third-party vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting small to medium-sized businesses and/or businesses with complex banking needs

Axos Employee Benefits May Include:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

  • Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)

  • HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits

  • 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan

  • Employee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed Trading
