Job Summary: This position is located in the Office of the Managing Director, Special Operations, Division. Special Operations manages the overall continuity of operations (COOP), work directly with the Agency's Designated Official for the Occupant Emergency Program (OEOP), assist with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) program support specialist, coordinates with Federal, state, and local law enforcement; serve as liaison with public safety, emergency management, and investigative agencies and organizations.

Qualifications: To qualify for this position, you must meet the following Basic Requirements: You must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 in the federal service - Overseeing emergency response continuity programs, conferences, exercises, or meetings; serving as a liaison with local, state, federal public safety agencies to plan for emergency response programs and emergency events; analyze and interpret laws, regulations, Executive Orders, Presidential and/or National Security Directives to develop, implement, revise, and manage, emergency plans for a wide range of emergencies, (i.e., fire, hazardous materials incidents, server weather emergencies, medical emergencies, and shelter-in-place events) and to ensure emergency plans are current; develop training materials to educate personnel on emergency plans and preparedness; and provide emergency event situation reports and updates to senior agency leadership for dissemination to agency personnel as applicable.
