About the Position
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple related projects aligned with organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and compliance standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, risk management, and coordination skills to drive successful outcomes across teams and geographies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand business objectives and translate them into program plans and milestones
- Define program scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects within the program lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, standards, and governance frameworks
- Identify, track, and proactively resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate program status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate collaboration across technical, business, and operational teams
- Ensure program deliverables meet quality, compliance, and business expectations
- Drive continuous improvement across program execution and delivery practices
- Support Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile or hybrid delivery models
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years+ of experience in program or project management
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Experience working with technical teams (application development, integrations, infrastructure)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders across different levels and geographies
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with source control management systems and continuous integration and deployment environments
- Experience in financial services, compliance, or regulated industries
- Exposure to cloud platforms, modern application architectures, or DevOps practices
- Strong risk and change management experience
- Ability to mentor project managers and team leads
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
