The Opportunity:
CACI is currently recruiting a Program Manager for a C3i/Cyber IAC MAC task order. We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Crane, Indiana, where you will support vital initiatives for the Department of Defense. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of C3i/Cyber projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate C3i/Cyber solutions into broader program initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and security protocols.

  • Facilitate regular communication and reporting to stakeholders, including progress updates and risk management.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and skill enhancement.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Engage with clients and end-users to gather requirements and validate solutions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of C3i/Cyber technologies and industry best practices.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.

  • Support the capture and proposal process for new business opportunities.

  • Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and readily accessible.

  • Liaise with external vendors and contractors to procure necessary resources and services.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Biology-Chemistry, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management related occupations. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing IAC MAC projects from inception to completion.

  • Strong understanding of C3i principles and cybersecurity frameworks.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI (TS-SCI) required.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Desired:

  • Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) or intelligence community programs.

  • Familiarity with Crane, Indiana operations and local industry landscape.

  • Background in systems engineering or related technical discipline.

  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a C3i/Cyber SME team.

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in C3i/Cyber solutions.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$103,200 - $226,900
