The Business & Technology Portfolio Enablement team works to align IT Strategy with Business Strategy. Critical functions for the team include supporting the idea/project intake processes and facilitating the forecasts of capital, human resources, and infrastructure needed to support the evolving project portfolio. The team works with project portfolio tools and capacity reporting to provide insights and orchestrate the broader portfolio to maximize implementation delivery.
As the Program Manager of Business & Technology Portfolio Enablement, you will liaison across the entire bank organization. This responsibility is critical to ensure strategic and delivery alignments along with improvement of reporting, process efficiencies, and overall execution methodologies. You will be responsible for the execution and administration of Business and Technology Planning, IT capacity alignment and IT PMO Practice Management across the lines of business through the initial phases of the project lifecycle. You will work directly with stakeholders and project leadership to review and evaluate project scope and resource needs. This includes recognizing scope alignments to improve projects, resources and budgetary efficiencies. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership.
