The Opportunity:
Provide program management and oversight of military construction projects across the INDOPACOM AOR and support the coordination of a complex MILCON program. Maintain responsibility for developing, managing, monitoring, and reporting various programmatic documents and tasks. Deliver posture program updates to senior leaders, including scope, schedule, milestones, and risk assessments. Help manage and synchronize efforts across stakeholders by developing and fostering productive working relationships with local government partners, community representatives, and interagency stakeholders. Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure integration of posture requirements and alignment of project objectives, enabling completion of comprehensive joint area development plans. Apply expertise in project management and relevant tools to track project schedules, budgets, and scope. Solve complex programmatic and operational challenges through analysis, collaboration, and proactive issue resolution. Organize and lead meetings, working groups, and coordination sessions to drive progress, ensure shared understanding, and maintain unity of effort across the Joint force.
You Have:
5+ years of experience working on military construction projects
4+ years of experience working in the INDOPACOM AOR
Experience with project management
Experience developing and managing complex project documents, including project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience supporting Joint military operations
Experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command
Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
Master’s degree
PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
