Overview:

Mastercard Rewards and Offers team under Customer Acquisition and Engagement organization provides a wide range of products and services to financial and non-financial institutions/merchants to help them grow their business profitably and differentiate their Mastercard products in the marketplace..

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer and Acquisition team is looking for an individual to join the Europe Program Management team as sr specialist for rewards and offers across Europe region. This role offers opportunity to lead and engage in all aspects of program management - with a focus on PCLO platform and on the Offers programs- collaborating with product managers, commercialization teams, account managers and vendors.

The ideal candidate could have experience in consulting or in program management units of both a B2B and B2C organization, where he has developed experience in managing programs and platforms, in collaborating in market assessment and reediness in supporting the development of GTM Strategy. This could be serving a diverse customer base comprising of financial and non-financial institutions, delivering single country and multi-country programs.

• Responsible for program management support for rewards & offers programs across Europe, with a focus on Offers Programs
• Support/manage the queries related to rewards & offers program changes/updates/adding new functionalities.
• Develop and measure regional product performance through a data-driven, KPI-based framework.
• Proactively work with countries and customers to address new opportunity related to rewards & offers programs.
• Analyze existing systems/operational products and models, internally and externally, to identify features issues/gaps and propose new improvements or areas of action.
• Take shared responsibility for growing the revenue and earnings of the rewards and offers business in Europe through effective and continually improving product management processes for program managed.
• Ensure global best practices for rewards & offers are fully and consistently applied across the programs managed in the different European Countries.
• Ensure relevant processes are followed to ensure quality and compliance
• Support new product / new market readiness activities across the region.
• Partner with countries teams and regional product teams to advocate for new products developments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to different audiences, from low-level technical resources to customer leads.
