Our Impact:

Single Family Portfolio and Servicing Offerings team is responsible for designing and implementing business process, policy, and technology projects initiated by the Secondary Market, Servicing and Securitization lines of business. The group engages business and technology teams across the company to identify and resolve impacts related to the projects being implemented, ensuring successful rollout of projects both internally with business partners and externally with our customers.

Your Impact:

  • Support the management of significant projects (including: strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering efforts, or establishment of control procedures) 

  • Execute key project activities such as business case development, project scope and schedules, budgets, business requirements, issues and risks, business process redesign, and/or user acceptance testing for multiple project workstreams according to a defined project or program plan

  • Provide input into and support execution of a cross-functional rollout plan and launch of new offerings including facilitation and coordination with business stakeholders to execute any “Go-To-Market” or “Business Operational Readiness” functions such as marketing, training, customer adoption and integration.  

  • Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires knowledge of organizational and project objectives 

  • Help to facilitate and capture key outcomes from requirements and design discussions with project stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, OR equivalent experience. 

  • 1+ years of product / project management experience 

  • Effectively manage projects using standard project management tools, including project plans, issues and risks management and status reporting 

  • Experience bridging concepts, problem definition, and results between business and technical resources 

  • Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings, develop materials and deliver presentations to various levels of project stakeholders 

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills 

  • Ability to work under normal supervision to drive and manage assignments from concept through deployment/launch 

  • Ability to partner with communications, training and other teams to ensure proper messaging and rollout of offerings to both internal and external constituencies 

  • Experience in the mortgage services industry is preferred.

  • Exposure via education or hands on experience with Agile and Waterfall project concepts is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills; problem solving, coupled with attention to detail

  • Ability to influence other teams to obtain input on impact assessments and ensure deliverables are completed within the defined project and program timelines

  • Comfortable communicating (verbal/written) with all levels of internal stakeholders

  • Stay current on policies, processes and procedures that impact product delivery process improvements

  • Ability to work and collaborate within the team as well independently.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $69,000 - $103,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
