We have an opportunity for a program management support specialist to join our team. This role involves planning production, installation, and sustainment activities, ensuring all program goals and objectives are met. The Program Installation Management Specialist will monitor and execute all required products and deliverables, procurements, fielding, sustainment, and execution. A primary function of this role is to ensure successful installation execution within the area of responsibility, which includes coordinating with all necessary stakeholders to resolve installation issues. The position is tasked with leading efforts to resolve emergent installation challenges and providing timely notification of potential cost or schedule deviations to program leadership.

You Have:
5+ years of experience working with Navy programs
Experience with SPAWAR PEO Integrated Database Environment Repository (SPIDER), Readiness Installation and Planning Tool for Integration and Deployment Execution (RIPTIDE), and NAVWAR workflow tools and databases
Experience developing Navy modernization and sustainment schedules
Experience with Ship Change Documents (SCD)
Experience managing the technical scope, cost, schedule, and implementation shipboard modifications during availabilities
Experience working with Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), the Navy Modernization Processes (NMP) and NAVWAR Installation Process
Knowledge of the Fleet Readiness Certification Board (FRCB) process
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
3+ years of experience with supporting a Navy Systems Program Office, including NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or NAVAIR
Experience with Navy cybersecurity architecture
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Possession of excellent critical thinking stills
Possession of excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage complex client and stakeholder relationships
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Master’s degree
Top Secret clearance
CompTIA Security+ Certification
PMI PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
