Accountable for of Adour engine programme delivery and management. Ensuring the integrity and safety of our products and people, contribution to achieving financial performance, and delivery of customer commitments covering both product and services. Reporting and management of risks and opportunities to the programme deliverables.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure safety is led and prioritised within the business
  • Define activities to perform (execute) and transform (improve) the Adour business plan
  • Lead Cost, quality, delivery in support of Adour aftermarket contract management

Position qualifications:

  • Expert programme management skills to plan and manage complex engine programmes to include range of After Market business models
  • Strong business acumen and financial/commercial experience
  • Experience with external negotiations
  • Experience influencing and managing senior relationships through effective stakeholder management 
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity and generate innovative solutions to challenges and problems.
  • Ability to work within and across multiple teams to complete tasks, demonstration of self-drive, motivation and working independently.
  • Educated to degree level with a qualification in a relevant business discipline (or equivalent experience).

 Preferred requirements:

  • Has company-wide outlook and exposure to different challenges, cultures and ways of working
  • Understanding/knowledge of multiple disciplines demonstrating breadth of experience. Appreciation of product integrity
  • Has a proven track record delivering improved operational performance in both favourable and unfavourable conditions
