Starting Compensation:

101,552.51 - 121,863.01 USD Per Year

Working Location:

San Jose: North San Jose Center (In-Person position)

Working Hours/Shift:

FT, Monday-Friday, AM shift (8:30 am -5:30 pm)

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

Education:

Master's degree in Mental Health Field

Experience: (Applicants should meet all the qualifications mentioned below)

  • Ten (10) years of clinical experience in mental health field treating children, or adolescents and families; AND
  • Two (2) years’ post licensure experience navigating County mental health, child welfare, and/or juvenile probation systems and services; AND
  • Four (4) years’ experience in behavioral health management.

Licensing:

  • Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or PhD Psychologist.
  • Valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance and must maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

The Program Director has oversight responsibility for services provided throughout Starlight’s Community Services programs. The Program Director supervises, manages, and coordinates all program and administrative activities to ensure the provision of quality care to clients and their families.

Division/Program Overview:

  • Supporting individuals with mental health, family life, employment, education, living situation, personal effectiveness, and community life functioning. 
  • Sessions are in the community, clinic, home and some telehealth 
  • Working with individuals ages 6-15 (Child) and 16-25 (TAY). 
  • Utilizing a strength-based approach and working together as a multidisciplinary team.
  • We provide services to individuals and families throughout Santa Clara County.
