Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Sector is seeking a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst level 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at Oklahoma City, OK to support Aircraft Solutions program control and intracompany ERP transition.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules
Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work
Incorporating contracts changes into control systems
Reviewing and managing intracompany work orders and converting them to single project charging activities
Estimate and completion and forecast related activities
Performing miscellaneous financial analysis as required
Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Aerospace and Defense, or related professional experience; or a Master's degree with 0 years in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Aerospace and Defense, or related professional experience or 6 years with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) may be accepted in lieu of degree
Requires experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Requires experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool, Business Intelligence and Analytics tool, Project Management and Planning tool and/or Collaboration and Integration tools
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
Preferred Qualifications
Active DoD Secret level security clearance
Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling
Aerospace/Defense Industry experience
Experience with material cost management
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
Experience working in Deltek Cobra

Primary Level Salary Range: $62,100.00 - $93,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
