Job Title: Entry Program Manager (Platform Team — Identity and Access Management (IAM))

Location: Chennai, IN

Trimble is looking for a Junior Program Manager to join its Platform Team. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our Trimble Inc. office in Chennai, IN.

Our team is building the platform fueling Trimble’s data transformation. We take a cloud-first approach to delivering customer-centric experiences and platform web services used by Trimble product teams and partners. This role will support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) services in collaboration with a more senior-level Program Manager, helping keep workstreams organized, risks surfaced early, and stakeholders informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a senior Program Manager with program planning by maintaining plans, timelines, and key working documents
  • Track progress across IAM workstreams and help communicate status, dependencies, and next steps
  • Help coordinate routine ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, planning sessions) and capture notes/action items
  • Assist with risk and issue tracking, escalating to program leadership when needed
  • Partner with product and engineering to keep technical documentation and communications organized and up to date
  • Communicate with stakeholders at an appropriate level of frequency and formality, with guidance
  • Help keep teams aligned on requirements and priorities by organizing inputs and clarifying open questions
  • Build comfort switching between higher-level objectives and day-to-day execution details as the program evolves

Skills & Experience for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–2+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, operations, or a related role
  • Interest in applying Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban); experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable organizing details, following established processes, and learning new tools quickly
  • Humility—willingness to ask questions when you don’t know
  • Integrity—the courage to speak up when something doesn’t seem right for the business, our customers, or individuals
  • Interest in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts is a plus
