Disaster Recovery Program Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
Support the DR Program Manager in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Disaster Recovery Program (DRP). This role is dedicated to assisting in the refinement of restoration processes and documentation to quickly respond to security-driven technology interruptions and to streamline recovery efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Academic Training: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Specific Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong aptitude for technology, and proven ability to deal with ambiguity and generate specific outcomes.
Technical Skills: Experience using project management tools and Google suite (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
Work Experience: We are looking for a process-oriented candidate who has spent at least 3-5 years in a Technical Operations environment. They must have a track record of owning documentation and facilitating tests between different departments.
