The Opportunities:

The Project Coordinator supports and coordinates Technology BAU activities and project governance reporting and committees. The role manages financial tracking, resourcing, and system user administration for delivery support tools. It is also responsible for overseeing Procure to Pay processes for Technology and Projects to ensure accurate and timely payments and reporting.

This role is based in our Melbourne Office,


To do this successfully you will:

  • Coordinate end to end project support activities, including reporting, governance packs, data tracking and workforce planning updates.
  • Manage financial administration and Procure to Pay processes to ensure accurate spend tracking, forecasting, reconciliation and timely vendor payments.
  • Administer project systems and tools, including user onboarding/offboarding, access management and support across timesheets, financial trackers and Jira or Confluence.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating tools and processes, and proactively resolving or escalating issues in a timely manner.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, communication and alignment.


Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Strong financial, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage accurate reporting, forecasting and financial tracking.
  • Confidence working with project support tools and systems, including ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines in line with project and financial requirements.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across technology, finance and vendor groups.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues, improving processes and ensuring high quality administration and governance outcomes.
