The Globarl Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaisance business within th Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Business Unit of Raytheon has an opening for a Lead Program Controls Analyst supporting multiple international Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts. The role is located onsite in Westford, Massachusetts and supports program execution activities, financial management, and customer requirements. The position includes work with business-specific tools and processes associated with the hGoodrich operating environment.

The role includes interaction with Program Management and cross-functional program teams. Responsibilities include financial and EVMS analysis and forecasting, coordination with CAMs/IPTLs/VSLs, and support of project planning and execution activities.

Additional responsibilities include financial planning, variance analysis, data validation, reporting, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development, proposal support, and participation in customer negotiations. The role includes identification and assessment of cost and schedule risks and analysis of financial data associated with assigned projects.

The position includes support of analytical activities, execution of assigned tasks within defined schedules, and participation in process improvement activities.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Experience communicating with personnel across multiple levels of the organization
  • Management of multiple assignments in a matrix organization
  • Preparation of reports with review for accuracy and completion within defined timelines
  • Experience preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Execution of assigned tasks within defined deadlines
  • Development and implementation of process improvements
  • Organization and management of assigned work activities and schedules
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Analysis of financial and program data and development of solution approaches
  • Execution of assigned work activities individually and within team environments

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Government contractor industry experience, including FAR, CAS, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance processes
  • Experience with Earned Value Management for projects
  • Experience supporting proposals and negotiations
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), including short- and long-range planning
  • Analysis of issues and development of solution approaches

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
