Program and Strategy Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Program & Strategy Manager to support the transformation of Maersk’s Landside operations (Multi-billion global business). This role drives strategic clarity, program discipline, and performance improvement across our global landside network. You will work as an individual contributor with strong cross‑functional influence, partnering with regional operations, engineering, product teams, and transformation leaders. Landside transformation is an OP priority with broad exposure to ELT.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate core governance and operating mechanisms for the Landside Transformation Program, ensuring alignment, predictability, and effective execution.
• Maintain and evolve the performance frameworks for the Landside Transformation
• Own key horizontal programs that span across process and product domains, partnering with Center and Area stakeholders for its delivery

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years in strategy, consulting, product, or transformation roles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong program management capability with experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
