Job Summary: This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST - Title 32, Position Description Number D1038000 and is part of the WI SMO, Wisconsin Army National Guard.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify at the GS-09 level, applicant must have one year experience to at least the GS-07 level. Candidate must be able to communicate proficiently with other organizations. Experience with being able to review, evaluate and analyze obligations and expenditures. Candidate should have experience being able to summarize and interpret significant data collected and compile reports and manage equations. A candidate must have experiences and training that demonstrate the abilities to follow directions, to read, retain, and understand a variety of instructions, regulations, policies, and procedures.
