Major Duties:

  • You will be responsible for all aspects of the Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) acquisition, program management, public affairs, and stakeholder management.
  • You will prepare and coordinate the timely submission of data calls, coordinating program requirements with internal and external stakeholders as well as performers.
  • You will liaison with stakeholders on all acquisition/programmatic issues and be responsible for executing and updating acquisition documentation as well as regulatory and statutorily required functions.
  • You will prepare senior level briefs, responses to Congressional items of interest, general Requests for Information (RFI)s, public affairs queries, and provide input to financial requirements.
  • You will be and responsible for executing and updating acquisition and program documentation to support required functions in support of MIB uplift efforts.
  • You will prepare and disseminates program office metrics for use by senior decision makers.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing financial, contractual, or programmatic activities to develop reports for stakeholders on program requirements, performance, or operations.
