Job Summary: You will serve as a Program Analyst (Data Systems) in the Manager, Radiological Controls Support Branch (Code 105.1S), of the Radiological Controls Office (Code 105) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing information system(s), office automation systems and processes, computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, CorelDraw, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Citrix, AutoCAD, etc.), principles, and techniques in support of program operations. Experience utilizing Microsoft SharePoint including the ability to create websites, pages, lists, libraries, manipulate Webparts, manage SharePoint Group permissions/Global Group permissions/ individual permissions, and maneuver and modify Site Content. Experience maintaining access to Shared Folders and mitigating high risk issues regarding unguarded PII. Experience demonstrating knowledge of computer systems and understanding of computer hardware, software, network, security and operational ability to instruct end users. Experience demonstrating working knowledge of structure, content and access protocols to various databases. GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying knowledge and skill in using management information system(s), office automation systems and processes, computer applications, principles, and techniques in support of program operations. Experience utilizing computer systems including computer hardware, software, network, security and operational ability to instruct end users. Experience identifying qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the administrative and technical programs, along with knowledge of the Department's mission, organization and work processes of the IT Program to include major issues, goals, work processes, and objectives. Experience demonstrating working knowledge of the Department of Navy and NNSY operating network infrastructure (e.g. Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), Command Net, and NNPPNet infrastructure).
