The Opportunity:
As the PEO Aircraft Carriers Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Senior Analyst, the candidate shall:

  • Interface with the Aircraft Carrier Refueling Complex Overhaul and Team.
  • Create and Analyze RCOH metrics and schedule milestones.
  • Develop reports for meetings, conferences, and summits, as required.
  • Coordinate with Aircraft Carrier community stakeholders.
  • Support in Program Management actions.
  • Oversee program document work flow process.
  • Oversee program special projects.
  • Coordinate, run, and attend meetings as required.


Responsibilities:
In support of the RCOH Principal Assistant Program Manager, the contractor shall provide support in the development of acquisition approaches and strategies which satisfy the requirements for all Aircraft Carriers Refueling Complex Overhaul. Perform data analysis and generate recommendations. Draft and provide programmatic reports in the form of briefings, papers, and answers to questions by management.

  • Assist in development of budget planning and risk mitigation efforts for carrier programs. This includes continuous monitoring of critical RCOH Execution milestones.
  • Track program programmatic/schedule milestones/ action items and provide weekly status reports with recommendations for corrective action and/or retiming of scheduled events. Actively participate in meetings in support of program requirements as directed by the RCOH PAPM.
  • Oversee RCOH special projects to include Systems Integration Management, Get Real, Get Better Efforts, Strategic Offsite Initiatives and CVN IT.
  • Actively monitor program management activities for the RCOH and plan for program upcoming commitments.


Qualifications:
Required:

  • At least 7 years of related or applicable professional experience, or
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Ability to interface efficiently with senior leadership and technical leads.
  • Must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, detail-oriented, and mathematical and organization skills.
  • Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Desired:

  • DoD experience.
  • NAVSEA PEO Aircraft Carriers experience a plus.
  • Aircraft Modernization knowledge or experience is a plus.
  • Retired Navy or Shipyard experience is a plus.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
