The Opportunity:
Driving a complex defense program forward takes more than schedules and checklists, it takes someone who understands how a mission works and knows how to keep it moving. When the Navy pushes to strengthen its capabilities in contested littoral environments, turning that vision into reality requires a project management specialist who can bring clarity, coordination, and momentum. That’s why we’re looking for the right candidate to support our client’s mission.
You’ll oversee the integration and delivery of mission modules to help Navy vessels counter threats. Your role will support gradual capability development and connect engineering teams, program leaders, and fleet stakeholders. You’ll help ensure the successful delivery of the payload delivery system that directly enhances operational readiness.
The impact of strong project management is simple: it keeps the mission on track. At Booz Allen, you’ll join a team committed to growth, collaboration, and delivering real results for our Navy clients. You’ll have the resources to strengthen your expertise, shape program strategy, and contribute to a mission that matters.
What you’ll Work On:
Lead project management efforts that assess payload delivery system needs across the client portfolio and convert those insights into clear, actionable plans and informed program decisions.
Manage scope, schedule, and budget for development and integration, resolving moderate‑complexity system integration challenges and enabling “roll on, roll off” capability delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison among Navy stakeholders, the Program Office, and vendors, applying knowledge of Navy acquisition requirements to maintain alignment with fleet needs.
Facilitate clear communication and expectation management across Navy, contractors, and key stakeholder integration teams.
Support strategic planning and digital transformation initiatives that enhance program execution.
Develop data‑driven tracking tools to measure performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
