This position supports the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) by providing administrative and clerical assistance with data entry, recordkeeping, and documentation. The EFNEP Data Entry Program Aide will enter participant paperwork, class data, and evaluation forms into designated databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This position does not include teaching or community outreach responsibilities.
Accurately enters EFNEP participant data, attendance records, and evaluations into EFNEP databases
Organizes, files, and scans program paperwork and maintain participant records
Verifies completeness and accuracy of paperwork submitted by program staff
Assists with compiling data reports for internal tracking and federal reporting requirements
Maintains confidentiality and security of participant information
Communicates with EFNEP team members to ensure timely and accurate data submissions
Assist with general office duties such as inventory of EFNEP needed materials, organizing files, and preparing mailings as needed
Knowledge, Abilities, & Skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with data entry and document management systems
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED required
Experience working with data entry or administrative support preferred
Familiarity with low-resource communities is a plus
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Work is primarily office-based with limited travel
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs of files or office supplies
