This position is hybrid and will require to be in office three days a week (Doral, FL).

Position Summary

The Vendor Business Manager serves as the key liaison between Ingram Micro and Lenovo Datacenter Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This role is responsible for implementing, driving, and managing vendor programs, marketing initiatives, and enablement activities to support business growth across the Central America and Caribbean region.

The position requires a consultative and strategic approach to align vendor objectives with organizational goals, strengthen partner engagement, and ensure operational excellence. The role also focuses on managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance, and resolving contractual and financial discrepancies.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Lenovo ISG and internal teams
  • Implement and manage vendor programs, promotions, and enablement initiatives
  • Develop and execute business plans to grow Lenovo Datacenter (ISG) portfolio
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive go-to-market strategies
  • Support partner enablement through training, tools, and vendor-led programs
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure high engagement
  • Monitor vendor performance, KPIs, and program effectiveness; recommend improvements
  • Review and support negotiation of vendor contracts in alignment with company policies
  • Manage day-to-day vendor communications and resolve operational issues
  • Support and contribute to moderate to complex projects and initiatives

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience, including 1+ year in vendor management, sales, or related role
  • Experience working within IT distribution or with technology vendors
  • Familiarity with datacenter technologies.
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and standard processes
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the region
  • Experience supporting Central America and Caribbean markets

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $78,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
