Position Summary
1. Set strategy and guideline for field force management and lead to implement those strategies and guideline in accordance with the local situation.Role and Responsibilities
Strategize the overall marketing strategy to be in line with Samsung Brand Store direction and growth
Align with HQ / RHQ directives, build and manage the local country brand & marketing strategy, corresponding calendar and budget from 360 global / regional marketing initiatives to local seasonal marketing activities within the timeline including for new product launches, events, in store launches & etc
Keep up with the latest market trends and implement out of box marketing strategies

Increase store traffic & conversion
Analyze and understand customer’s demand for customer engagement
To work closely with other teams (PM, Marcom, Retail Experience, Sell In / Sell Thru, external agencies and partner) to ensure the successful execution f the trade activities.
Liaising with mall management on all marketing related matters.
Manage and monitor the approved marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI based on the given budget
Monitor and analyse the performance of retail marketing campaigns, providing post campaign reports, insights and optimization recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
