As the Professional Services Project Manager, you will be the technical bridge between client business needs and internal data execution. You are responsible for the end-to-end integrity of custom "people data" lifecycles, ensuring that complex client requirements are translated into scalable technical delivery while proactively mitigating risks, controlling project health, and maintaining rigorous data quality standards to drive customer success and operational efficiency at Quorum.
Responsibilities
Ensure Technical Alignment and Delivery: Act as the primary technical point of contact for client project leads. Facilitate regular syncs to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring all delivery milestones and quality standards are met or exceeded.
Maintain Data Integrity and Cleanliness: Master client-side data lifecycles to ensure seamless mapping into Quorum. Apply rigorous cleanliness standards to incoming feeds, proactively identifying and resolving quality issues to prevent downstream processing errors.
Optimize Custom Data Lifecycles: Oversee the end-to-end management of custom data collection. Ensure CRM administration and reporting accuracy are maintained, validating that all custom datasets meet unique client compliance and formatting standards.
Control Project Health and Scope: Manage custom service requests that fall outside standard product offerings. Define clear project scopes, identify potential risks, and proactively clear roadblocks to minimize delays and prevent cost overruns.
Drive Transparency and Stakeholder Confidence: Provide transparent, data-backed reporting on project health to both client stakeholders and internal leadership. Communicate technical delivery status clearly by validating work with consulting and engineering resources.
Mitigate Operational Risk: Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks early in the project lifecycle. Directly contribute to account stability by jumping into high-risk or high-value data workstreams to ensure delivery remains on track during complex migrations or transitions.
