The role of Professional Services Consultant is crucial for the successful delivery of NCR Atleos Professional Services projects. Its responsibilities consist of the following:
Install, configure and troubleshoot NCR Atleos software solutions
Prepare technical design documentation based on requirements
Prepare test cases based on technical design documents
Execute test cases on self service terminals
Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases
Identify and report test environment issues and follow up with customer's team to ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with customer's testing team to prepare test data
Support customer's team during SIT, UAT, etc.
Basic troubleshooting on issues to identify root cause
The following qualifications are required
Degree on Computer Science, IT or related field
Minimum of 3 years working experience in quality assurance preferably in a Financial Institution or IT industry
Good understanding of web based technologies
Good understanding of database technologies
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Saudi national
