What this job involves:

This Project Manager position serves as your gateway into JLL's dynamic project management practice, where you'll provide essential support to senior project managers while developing foundational skills in corporate real estate and construction project delivery. You'll play a vital role in coordinating day-to-day project activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors across diverse project types including office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Coordinate project activities by maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, organizing meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring proper documentation across multiple project databases and filing systems • Manage comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, presentations, permit applications, and regulatory submissions while ensuring accurate data entry and compliance monitoring

• Support vendor and contractor coordination through bid solicitation assistance, insurance verification, contract administration support, and coordinating site access and inspections for project teams

• Assist with financial management activities including budget development support, expense tracking, invoice processing, change order monitoring, and monthly reconciliation processes under senior manager guidance

• Participate in client communications through meeting attendance, deliverable preparation, routine inquiry responses, and presentation support while maintaining professional client relationships

• Conduct site visits and inspections as directed, document observations, support quality control processes including drawing and specification reviews, and assist with project closeout documentation

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams while managing multiple simultaneous tasks and adapting to varying project requirements and deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field demonstrating technical foundation for project coordination responsibilities

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, real estate development, or related industries with demonstrated interest in corporate real estate career development

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for professional client-facing environments and diverse stakeholder coordination

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects while meeting deadlines consistently

• Basic understanding of construction processes, building systems, or real estate development concepts with ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial tracking, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentation development and client communications

• Demonstrated collaborative working style with reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to travel to project sites as required by project demands

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management software including MS Project, Procore, or similar industry-specific platforms used for scheduling and project coordination activities

• Basic knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting principles applicable to construction and real estate projects, including cost tracking and variance analysis concepts

• Previous exposure to permit processes, regulatory compliance, or construction administration activities through internships, coursework, or entry-level positions

• Experience with vendor management, procurement processes, or contract administration in construction or professional services environments

• Knowledge of quality control processes in construction or real estate development including submittal review and inspection procedures

• Understanding of corporate real estate terminology, project lifecycle phases, and industry best practices through academic coursework or professional exposure

• Professional certifications or ongoing education in project management (PMP preparation), construction management, or real estate development demonstrating commitment to career advancement
