The Specialist, Professional Education is responsible for the coordination, and execution of local and regional healthcare professional education programs. Operating with moderate guidance from the Director of Professional Education, this role independently manages assigned programs while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure delivery against established educational, commercial, and compliance objectives.
The Specialist applies professional education best practices to drive high-quality program execution—including cadaver labs, meal programs, grand rounds, preceptorships, visiting surgeon programs, symposia, and webinars—ensuring programs meet defined participation, engagement, and operational performance targets. This role partners closely with Digital Marketing, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Field Sales to align program strategy with business priorities and regulatory requirements.

Must be able and willing to travel 20-30% of work time. While undertaking the essential duties and responsibilities of the position, the employee must repeatedly sit, listen, speak, and walk through airports etc. The employee is required to go to all areas of the company and external study sites. The employee may be required to periodically lift and/or move up to 45lbs (luggage).

Adverse exposure may result from the handling of hazardous and bio hazardous materials that include, but are not limited to, flammable and corrosive liquids, compressed gases, sharps, and medical wastes.
Work environment involves exposure to potentially dangerous materials that require following important safety precautions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to biohazardous materials.

Salary Pay Range:
$71,300.00 - $97,750.00 USD SalaryOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
